It comes with great regret that Veripak Corporation has permanently shut its doors and ceased business operations. Several factors contributed to this decision. Over the last year the economy has taken its toll with some of its customers going out of business or filing for bankruptcy protection, while remaining customers continued to struggle to meet their financial obligations. Additionally, Veripak suffered devastating water damage at its manufacturing facility preventing further production until repairs could be made. Unfortunately, repairs did not come soon enough and these issues, along with rising manufacturing costs, forced Veripak to close doors.
